Northfield NFG-AT1 Rival Archtop, Italian Alpine Spruce, Maple - NEW

(NEW) We are proud to be one of the first dealers to be able to offer the excellent new Rival model from Northfield!  This is a small-bodied, short scale archtop that is even more fun than it looks!  It is a flat-back instrument, all solid woods, and if you've ever seen their octave mando, it is the same size body (13.7" lower bout).  

The short 24" scale length makes it easy as heck to play.  It has a carved Italian Alpine spruce top, Michigan Maple back and sides and a 3-piece maple neck.  The fingerboard, pick guard and bridge are all ebony.  This one has a 1 11/16" nut, 2 1/8" string spacing at the saddle.  The tailpiece is Northfield/Nugget plated brass.  Schertler tuners with ebony buttons.  The case included is a Tura shaped carbon fiber model.  

Excellent sound!  Chunky, spunky and clean!
