Late 1940s Gibson L7 17" Archtop, Spruce Top, Maple Back/Sides - USED

ON CONSIGNMENT, NO TRADE OFFERS PLEASE!

(USED) For the discerning acoustic jazzer or western swing enthusiast, we present a lovely sounding late '40s L7 in wonderful condition for its 75 years in service!  It has a spruce top and dark-stained maple back and neck.  This 17" archtop has certainly been played, and shows a variety of dings and pick scratches on the top but it is in perfect structural condition, with no cracks and very minimal fret wear.

The nut is just a hair under 1 11/16" wide, with 2 1/16" string spacing at the saddle and a long 25 1/2" scale length.  Cast tail piece, plastic binding on the body, neck and peg head.  Rosewood fingerboard with split parallelogram inlays.  Neck is a comfortable C profile.  Kluson Deluxe tuners are working great.

They don't come much cleaner than this!  Includes non-original vintage hard case.
