Kevin Kopp 20th Anniversary Bird, Torrefied Adirondack, Mahogany - NEW

(NEW) Our man in Montana is celebrating 20 years of guitar building this year, and we're ordering some special pieces so that we and our customers can join in on the fun.  The Bird is Kevin's interpretation of that '60s Gibby chestnut that folkies and country singers have kept by their sides ever since.  This one has a torrefied Adirondack top and braces, mahogany back and sides and a handsome high-gloss tobacco sunburst finish.  

The neck is a C shape, not overly chunky at all (.856" at the first fret, .92" at the ninth) with a 1 3/4" nut and 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle.  The fingerboard and bridge are Madagascar rosewood, and the fingerboard sports split parallelogram inlays.  The tuners are nickel Waverly.  Guitar weighs in at 4lbs 5oz.  Includes hard case.
