Huss & Dalton TD-R Custom, Thermo-Cured Sitka, Exotic Indian Rosewood, Bloodwood Accents - NEW

(NEW) Our last Huss & Dalton build of 2025 was a special one, a highly customized dreadnought featuring some great woods and some unique accents.  The TD-R is their most traditional build, but there's nothing traditional about the look of this guitar!  

We paired a thermo-cured (torrefied) Sitka spruce top with a wild looking set of Indian rosewood, and this combo adds up to a powerful yet complex sounding instrument.  What really sets it off visually are the bloodwood accents (bound body, fingerboard, peghead against the glossy black top finish.  We asked Brian at H&D to give us custom cross inlays in bloodwood on the fingerboard, and we couldn't be happier with the way everything came together.  

Long 25.4" scale, 1 3/4" nut, 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle.  Comfortable mod V neck with satin finish.  Ebony fingerboard, bridge and pins.  Nickel Waverly tuners with snakewood buttons.  Includes tweed style hard case.
