(NEW) This custom OM from Huss & Dalton has a lovely, warm tone, with distinctive good looks and some of our absolute favorite features.  It starts with Thermo-Cured (torrefied) Sitka spruce, which we love for its dryness and quick response.  The back and sides are sinker mahogany, and everyone asks us "What's going on with sinker mahogany?" to which we can only say "There's just something 'BOUT it!"  It seems to just have the perfect stiffness to weight ratio, and sounds exactly as we would want it to.  

We went with a stealthy dark sunburst and tortoise combo for the visuals.  The body, neck and peghead are all bound in tortoise.  We opted for an abalone rosette for just a touch of bling.  

The guitar has a mahogany neck with a smooth satin finish, comfortable mod "V" shape, a nut width of 1 3/4" and a 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle.  The fingerboard is ebony with simple dot inlays, and the bridge and pins are ebony as well.  Long 25.4" scale length.  The tuners are gold Schaller, H&D branded and have ebony buttons.  This guitar includes the original tweed-style hard case.
