Furch Vintage 1 OMc-SR, Sitka Spruce, Indian Rosewood, Cutaway - NEW

(NEW) Orchestra Models are positively ubiquitous these days, it has become the dominant shape in the world of acoustic guitar.  They aren't all created equal, though.  It takes a serious eye for quality materials and craftsmanship to really get the most out of this size.  Lucky for all of us, Furch knows what time it is, creating guitars that deliver both vintage vibes and modern features and playability.

This Vintage 1 series OMc has a Sitka spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides and a cutaway for upper fingerboard access.  The appointments are understated, with a satin finish, simple two-ring rosette and b/w/b top purfling.  It has an ebony fingerboard and bridge, Shaller Grand Tune tuners and a factory-installed LR Baggs Element pickup.  The nut is 1 3/4" wide, string spacing at the saddle is 2 3/16" and the scale length is long 25 5/8".  The mahogany neck has a comfortable low oval profile.  Includes Hiscox hard case.

An excellent, traditionally-inspired OM that will work wonders on the stage or in studio.  Thanks to our buddy Pat Hodge for the demo!
