Furch Red Pure BARc-SRa Baritone, Sitka Spruce, Indian Rosewood - NEW

(NEW) Beautiful professional-grade Baritone guitar from our friends at Furch!  This Red Pure series has a Sitka spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides and a long 28" scale mahogany neck.  The body is a Grand Auditorium size, 16 1/8" wide at the lower bout with a body depth of 3 3/4" at the heel and 5" at the tail.  It has a soft cutaway for upper fret access. 

It's a handsome instrument, with smooth satin finish all over, mahogany body binding, rosewood fingerboard with mahogany bar markers, mahogany top purfling and thick wooden rosette ring.  The bound peghead has a Ziricote overlay and smooth Gotoh 510 tuners with ebony buttons.  

The neck is a modern low oval shape with a 1 25/32" nut and 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle.  Neck measures .843" thick at the first fret and .899" at the ninth.  This guitar has the new active neck system wherein the action can be adjusted through the sound hole.
