(NEW) Dale Fairbanks has absolutely become OUR GUY for vintage-inspired guitars in the Gibby tradition.  It's pretty uncanny, but to a guitar Dale's instruments are feather light, ultra responsive, they have tone to spare.  Particularly a model like an L-00, which usually seems to have a little bit of compression built into the design, in Dale's hands sound warm and full.  The Salvage Series instruments, in particular, just deliver on such a high level.  Chef's kiss!

The Salvage guitars feature wood from a small stash, namely some reclaimed sinker Sitka and some old growth mahogany, and these woods were chosen for their light weight and musicality.  This F-20 has a lightly relic'd natural finish, short 24 3/4" scale length, 1 3/4" nut, 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle.  Easy V neck profile.  It has a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut, saddle and pins.  The tuners are relic'd Waverly with ivoroid buttons.  Includes hard case.

Excellent in every way.  Guitar weighs just 3lbs, 4oz.
