Collings OM1 Custom, Old Growth Sitka, Sinker Mahogany, Short Scale - NEW

(NEW) This is a "never been done" in our shop, the tried and true Collings OM1 with special Old Growth Sitka spruce and sinker mahogany on the back and sides!  These materials were chosen for their tonal complexity, we wanted to take the dependable, articulate sound of the OM and dry it out a little bit, and these chosen tone woods do just that.  To give it a little extra warmth and slinkier playability we had Collings build it with a short 24 7/8" scale length.  

1 3/4" nut, 2 3/16" string spacing at the saddle. Compound radius ebony fingerboard with dot inlays, ebony bridge and pins.  Standard style 1 appointments include 3-ring rosette, tortoise body binding and Waverly open-gear tuners.  Hard case included, of course.
