(NEW) One of the most popular electrics that Collings produces is the I-35 LC, an upgrade to the classic semi-hollow silhouette, and one that Collings might just have perfected.  Because of their highly engineered, in-house laminate construction, these guitars have a lot more resonance than your average Gibby thinline.  The laminated construction, though, also helps to reign in feedback at high saturation levels.  These also skew much lighter than a lot of the guitars that inspired them (this one weighs 6lbs and 15oz).  

Laminated maple with Tobacco sunburst top finish.  Lollar Low-Wind Imperial pickups.  Ivoroid bound top and fretboard, pearl dot fingerboard inlays.  Short 24 7/8" scale, 1 11/16" nut, ebony fingerboard, nickel hardware, high gloss finish.  Grover tuners with ivoroid buttons.  Includes original hard case.
