Collings I-30 LC, Faded Cherry, Lollar P-90 Pickups - SOLD
(NEW) Sometimes nature and man come together to make a perfect thing. As far as we're concerned, the I-30 LC is the perfect electric guitar, particularly for those who double on acoustic and are used to something lightweight, with tremendous sensitivity and dynamics.
The I-30 is Collings' thinline, fully-hollow, trellis-braced offering, and it is pretty darned special. This one weighs in at 5.5 lbs, and has Collings proprietary Laminated Construction for incredible dimensional stability and feedback resistance. The Lollar P90s are as sensitive and rich a single coil as we could ask for, and they're voiced perfectly for this guitar. The faded cherry finish shows of the deep grain of the maple very nicely.
Standard features include 1 11/16" nut, short 24 7/8" scale length, and Collings' familiar C shape neck profile. Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Custom tailpiece. Gotoh tuners. Includes original Ameritage hard case.
Build times on brand new Collings electrics are 12-15 months, currently... but we would never rush them. We feel proud to have an I-30 LC to offer you today.
