Collings DS2A Hill Country, 12-Fret Dreadnought, Adirondack Spruce, Indian Rosewood - NEW

(NEW) The Hill Country series are, from a tonal perspective, Collings' most backward-looking guitars.  They are lightly built and have a thicker bass and warmer midrange than the standard and Traditional lines.  The 12-fret dreadnought has a personality all its own, it's extremely clean sounding, but also rich and powerful.  

This one has an Adirondack spruce top, Indian rosewood back/sides and a mahogany neck with the full Hill Country carve.  Long 25 1/2" scale, 1 3/4" nut, 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle.  Ebony fingerboard/bridge/pins.  Each Hill Country guitar gets its own unique resin pour resulting in the pickguard, rosette detail, heel cap and end wedge.  The logo is embossed on the back of the headstock and the overall look is exceptionally clean.  Waverly tuners complete the package. 

As good a DS as one could ask for!  Includes hard case.
