(NEW) There's a satin revolution brewing over at Collings, players everywhere are enjoying the smooth feel and the understated looks of (in our opinion) some of Collings' very best guitars.  The Traditional models have a lighter build, forward-shifted scalloped Sitka braces with no tongue brace, small maple bridge plates and a thinner nitrocellulose lacquer finish, all in the service of a warmer sounding, super-responsive guitar.  

This D1T features a Sitka spruce top with hints of bear claw, mahogany back and sides, the aforementioned satin finish, and a 1 11/16" nut width on the Traditional mod-V neck profile.  2 3/16" string spacing on cut-through saddle.  Ebony fingerboard and bridge.  1T appointments include Stew Mac faux-tortoise bridge pins, faux-tortoise body binding and relic'd Waverly tuners.  Includes TKL hard case.
