Collings 71M Offset, Ash, Lollar Pickups, Mastery Tremelo - NEW

(NEW) Surf's definitely up with this amazing 71M!  Collings' latest offset design replaces the 360 LTM, but seems to offer just as much personality.  The 71M has a pair of Lollar pickups, a JM-Style Blademaster in the neck position and a JM-Style P90 in the bridge, for a useful variety of single-coil tones that go from twang to surf to rock.  The ash body is obscured by the tasteful aged jet black finish, and the ebony headplate almost gives it the "matched headstock" look of a lot of 60s solid bodies.  The Mastery tremelo is a revelation, it has an unmatched smoothness and you have to work VERY hard to put the guitar out of tune!

1 11/16" nut, 25 1/2" scale length.  Maple neck with subtle V shape.  Rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays.  Kluson 6-in-line tuners.  3-ply mint pickguard.  3-way switching.  Davies Radio knobs.  Includes hard case. 

The guitar itself comes in at 7lbs, 11oz.
