Chad Gillander 12-Fret 0, 0-41, Torrefied Adirondack Spruce, Cocobolo - NEW

(NEW) We are happy to present some new handmade guitars from Oneida NY's Chad Gillander!  Gillander (pronounced Gil-LAND-er) is a relatively new name on the luthiery scene, but has already displayed at the prestigious Woodstock Invitational show, and his instruments prove that he's coming out of the gate strong.

This 12-fret 0 guitar has a torrefied Adirondack spruce top, with consistent color and tight grain.  The back and sides are straight-grained Cocobolo, and the neck is mahogany.  Fingerboard is ebony with gold EVO frets.  It has a "41" style pearl rosette and top border, with diamond and square inlays on the fingerboard.  Other cosmetics include koa body binding, marquetry back strip and Waverly tuners with snakewood buttons.

The nut width is 1 13/16", with 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle and traditional 24.9" short scale.  The neck is a comfortable shallow C.

Being one of the guitars displayed at Woodstock, and since Chad uses such a thin finish, there are a few handling marks and light dings on the instrument, but Mr. Gillander is offering full warranty to the purchaser as a new guitar.  Includes original hard case.
