Bourgeois Heirloom Series Vintage 000C, Aged Tone Adirondack Spruce, Indian Rosewood - NEW - ON HOLD

(ON HOLD) (NEW) Here is an exquisitely balanced and perfectly satisfying fingerstyle guitar from the amazing team at Bourgeois Guitars in Lewiston, Maine.  This is not their 12-fret model (OMS) rather this is a short scale Orchestra Model, dubbed "000" in the fashion of those built by Martin.  Whatever you call it, we call it ready to impress with a lush and sweet tone that goes on and on.

The Aged Tone Adirondack spruce has no tightness whatsoever, just that vintage dryness and quick responsiveness that Dana and co. have dialed in so well for a decade now with their torrefied tops.  The Indian rosewood back and sides add a compliment of warmth, and the whole fingerboard is your oyster thanks to the soft cutaway.

Specs include 1 3/4" nut, 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle (factory number, it actually appears to measure ever-so slightly wider) and short 25" scale length.  The cosmetics are all classic "28" style with ivoroid body binding, herringbone top trim, 3-ring rosette, zipper back strip and diamond volute.  The mahogany neck is a comfortable mod-V with a satin finish.  Ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone saddle and pins.  Includes original TKL hard case.

One of our favorite Bourgeois guitars in recent times, a home run on all fronts!
