(NEW) Just when we thought Beard's innovative Trailhead series couldn't get more fun, here we have our first in the smaller R body size.  If you've been picking your blues on a 00 or OM, you'll be right at home on this guitar with its 14 1/4" lower bout and 4" body depth.  

Build with all solid mahogany construction, you've never heard a reso sound as warm and complex.  1 3/4" nut, short 25" scale, comfortable modern low oval neck profile.  Tarnished brass accents include cover plate, bridge and soundhole rings.  Ebony fingerboard with wood diamond inlays.  Tuners are smooth Gotoh 510s in black.  Spider bridge and Fishman Nashville pickup system.  Weighs in at just under 6 lbs.
