(SOLD) The new Radio series from Beard continues their tradition of innovation, and we're hearing some of the finest reso phonic tones every coming from the spunky little box!  This round-neck Radio Standard is a Model A in custom Scarlet Burst.  It has birch top, back and sides, a wood that Paul Beard knows inside and out.  Birch seems to make reso phonic guitars with a vintage soul, and the new Radio models have, to our ears, a more pronounced low end complexity.  

The neck is mahogany with a comfortable low oval profile, 1 3/4" nut width and long scale.  The Scarlet finish looks pretty amazing paired with the black Beard XR hardware, Radio cover plate and Gotoh tuners.  Beard Legend cone, Original #14 spider bridge.

This guitar has the Fishman Nashville pickup system, which pairs nicely with the Jerry Douglas Aura Imaging pedal (not included).  Ships in TKL hard case.
