(NEW) Our friend and one of the finest luthiers in Pennsylvania, Mr. Chuck Baleno, has just delivered to us another one of his magnificent guitars!  This brand new dreadnought has everything and more, and it's an outstanding value at this price... with smart features that you won't find anywhere else.  On top of it all, his fit and finish are superb, with the best traditional lacquer finish we could ever hope for, especially out of a one-man shop!

Mr. Baleno is nothing if not fastidious, and it appears he thought of everything when building this dread.  The AAA Adirondack spruce top, the Adirondack spruce bracing with hide glue for optimal tonal transfer, an excellent set of Indian rosewood... it has a rich yet balanced sound, and headroom for days.  But wait, there's more!  Standard on all Baleno instruments: stainless steel frets (good luck wearing them out!) with fully compensated saddle *and* nut (excellent intonation!) plus wood binding (holly) free of charge.  The abalone rosette is a nice touch of elegance.  

1 23/32" nut on Baleno's newly evolved modified V neck shape (we think it's a bit slimmer and plays faster than his necks from a few years back) and the string spacing at the saddle is 2 1/4".  The fingerboard is ebony with dot inlays.  The bridge and pins are ebony as well.  Waverly tuners standard, in this case with ebony buttons.  Includes original hardshell case.
