2025 Collings OM2H Cutaway Custom, Sinker Redwood, Ziricote - USED

Just when we think we've seen it all, this sublime Collings OM comes along to blow our socks clean off!  A completely "new to us" combo from our friends in Austin, sinker redwood over highly figured Ziricote... and boy, is it working!

These tonewoods would, of course, intimate an incredible fingerstyle guitar... and it's got that going on, that's for sure!  It doesn't end there, though, this instrument is very happy to be strummed.  It doesn't fall apart under a little pick pressure, it has a distinct low mid "woofy" voice when strummed, a kind of percussive character.  Richard Thompson would approve, all day, but is that your sound?  Hopefully it is!

Setting the gorgeous woods aside, here's what we've got for specs: Long 25 1/2" scale length with 1 3/4" nut, 2 3/16" string spacing at the saddle.  Mahogany mod V neck profile with ebony fingerboard, Waverly tuners and diamond volute.  Standard style 2 appointments include herringbone top trim, zipper back strip and 3-ring rosette.  Includes original hard case. 

Excellent condition, no issues whatsoever, completed at the end of 2025.  This guitar would cost over $9K to order today!
