2019 Bourgeois OMSC Custom, Engelmann Spruce, Koa, Cutaway - USED

ON CONSIGNMENT, NO TRADE OFFERS PLEASE!

(USED) Built for the 2019 Artisan Guitar Show in Harrisburg PA, this Luthier's Choice OMSC from Bourgeois feels like the culmination of all of Dana Bourgeois' guitar knowledge up to that time.  The OMS is Dana's 12-fret 000, and the "C" stands for cutaway.  This guitar has an Engelmann spruce top and fabulous, 3-dimensional koa back and sides.  The appointments are meant to turn heads, and this is one of the very first instruments that the company produced with a sound port, comfort bevel and the large wood rosette with interlaced rings.  The wood bindings, purfling lines and miters are all picture perfect, hopefully you can stop staring at it long enough to play it!

Full 25 1/2" scale length with 1 3/4" nut width and 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle.  The mahogany neck has a soft modified V shape, measuring .854" at the first fret and .955" at the ninth.  The fingerboard and bridge are Ziricote, and the gold tuners and gold EVO frets compliment each other nicely.  The guitar has hide glue construction and the thin Aged Tone finish.

Condition is excellent, hardly any evidence of playing.  Includes Calton flight case in white.
