(USED) Just like he did with the flat top acoustic guitar, Bill Collings turned the mandolin world on its head when he started producing some of the most articulate, consistent and musical mandolins on the planet, at a fraction of the cost of a lot of one-man shops.  His MT model is the gold standard for players who are getting very serious about their mandolin playing.  With an uncannily even response up and down the fingerboard, it performs and records brilliantly.

This 2018 model comes to us in excellent condition, with barely perceptible fret wear under the A strings and a few light, cursory pick marks in the area that a pick guard might be.  No dings, scratches or cracks, very well taken care of.

Standard 1 1/8" nut with compound radius'd ebony fingerboard.  Adirondack spruce top, flamed maple back and sides.  Tortoise body and peghead binding.  Collings tailpiece.  Includes hard case.
