2016 Huss & Dalton Road Edition RD-M, Sitka Spruce, Mahogany - USED

(USED) Not currently in production, the Road Edition found Huss & Dalton applying their world class craftsmanship to a line of bare-bones American-made guitars, light on frills but full of quality tone.  This RD-M is a Sitka/Mahogany dreadnought with standard long scale, a 1 23/32" nut and 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle.  The wood picked for the top is very nice indeed, and has aged to a nice golden color.  

The cosmetics on these are purposefully plain, with the goal of saving labor costs and passing those savings on to the player.  The tops are gloss while the back, sides and neck are sating finish (pore filled, not open-pore).  This one has a rosewood bridge and fingerboard, plus a rosewood headstock veneer with a very pretty pearl inlaid logo.  

If you're a person who favors tone over fluff, this might just be the dread for you!  Condition is excellent with no issues whatsoever.  Includes original hard case.
