2015 Collings D1, Sitka Spruce, Mahogany, Adirondack Braces, No Tongue Brace - USED - SOLD

(USED) For those that don't want all the drama and expense associated with torrefied woods, varnish or Traditional build packages, there are a couple ways to "soup up" the standard Collings build for more tonal nuance and punch.  On the D1, we've always enjoyed the combination of adding stiff Adirondack braces while leaving out the tongue brace to loosen up the upper bout.  This combination works well on many models, but seems to favor Sitka/Mahogany guitars.  

1 3/4" nut, 2 3/16" string spacing at the saddle, long 25 1/2" scale length.  Tortoise body binding.  B/W/B top purfling.  Ebony fingerboard, bridge and pins.  Waverly tuners. 

Condition is excellent, minty even, with no issues whatsoever.  Includes original TKL hard case which shows very light wear.
