(USED) Since 1988, MerleFest has been a beloved traditional music festival in North Carolina, featuring a who's who of bluegrass and Americana stars.  Collings would sometimes build commemorative instruments for the festival, and here is one such guitar from 2014.  

This is a stock D2H with Sitka spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides and modified "V" neck w/ 1 11/16" nut.  It has all of the usual 2-series appointments, including ivoroid binding, herringbone top trim, zipper back strip, etc.  Distinctive, though, is the MerleFest raccoon logo inlaid on the head stock.  

Condition on this one is excellent, with some light pick swipe marks on the pick guard... no structural issues or fret wear.  Includes original hard case.
