2014 Bourgeois Soloist, Cutaway Orchestra Model, Aged Tone Adirondack, Brazilian Rosewood - USED

(USED) Considered by many to be Dana Bourgeois' lasting contribution to the world of acoustic guitar, the Soloist was designed to be a fingerstylists dream.  It has elegant but unfussy good looks, and is typically built with the best materials available, in this case Aged Tone (torrefied) Adirondack spruce for the top and Brazilian rosewood for the back and sides.  Adi/Braz is the "holy grail" traditional tonewood combo, and It's certainly working its magic on this guitar!

This Soloist has a cutaway for upper fret access.  The fingerboard, pyramid bridge, bindings and tuner knobs are ebony.  It has a 1 3/4" nut with 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle.  Long 25 1/2" scale.  The pins are fossilized bone.  Tuners are gold Waverly.  Weighs 

Condition here is excellent, with the smallest amount of fret wear under the unwound strings in the first position, and a couple very small finish chips on the back of the headstock, treble side.  Includes original hard case.
