2013 Paul Reed Smith, PRS 408 Model, Ten Top, Brazilian Rosewood Neck - USED - SOLD

SOLD

ON CONSIGNMENT, NO TRADES PLEASE!

(USED) Well if this isn't one of the finest PRS guitars that we've ever seen!  The 408 is one of Paul Reed Smith's most versatile models, with carefully designed pickups that have a wide tonal spectrum.  Between the two pickups, there are four coils and eight different voices, accessible via a simple and elegant toggle switching system.

In the looks department, it's a home run: "Livingston Lemondrop" finish on a maple Ten Top, with some tasty visual upgrades: the pickup rings were swapped for black, the tuner buttons swapped for pearl and the knobs swapped for black with pearl caps.  Original  cream pickup rings, amber knobs and gold tuner buttons are also included.

This instrument has a 25" scale and a beautiful Brazilian rosewood neck. It features a 2.09" double-cutaway body, similar to the PRS McCarty.  22-fret PRS Pattern neck, with 10"-radius rosewood fretboard, jumbo fretwire, and 1.656" nut.  Comfortable but full neck profile.  Compensated tail piece with no tremolo.  Gen III locking tuners.

Collector condition with no issues whatsoever, includes original hard case w/ all tags and case candy.  Guitar itself weighs 7lbs, 10oz.

Photography note: black spots on the lead photo are shadows from studio lighting, and do not appear in the top (see other pics)
