(USED) The WL-12 Mh is the only all-mahogany 12-fretter in the Waterloo lineup, and boy does it like to pick the blues! There might not be a woodier, spunkier box out there.
Specs include a modified low oval neck profile, short 24.9" scale length, 1 3/4" ebony nut, 2 3/8" string spacing at the saddle. Rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays. X-braced with animal protein glue construction. Original Bill-era label. Tuners are Golden Age with cream buttons.
Though the frets are in excellent shape, the various dings and scratches on this instrument indicate that it spent little time in its case. A mis-matched clear pick guard has been removed and there is an extremely faint halo from where it resided (does not appear in photos). There are assorted dings on the top and some buckle rash on the back. A few dings on the neck shaft behind the 4th and 9th frets. There is a repaired puncture in the bass side, it's ugly but stable. The peghead has lots of string scratches and dings.
So, as you see, we have priced this one to move based on the cosmetic condition... but the guitar itself plays and sounds great, it definitely feels like it has a lot of songs left in it! Includes original hard case.
