(USED) If you're itching for a genuine Hawaiian ukulele made from genuine Hawaiian koa and just enough visual flair to make it FUN, may we present this little beauty from Ko'olau? To our eyes and ears, this is a quintessential "fancy" koa uke, with beautiful bookmatched top, sides and back that all appear to be from the same tree. Great flame on this one! Other visuals include an abalone rosette, ebony body binding and rope purfling on the top.
This one has a 17" scale length, with 1 3/8" nut and 1 13/16" string spacing at the saddle. The fingerboard, bridge and pins are all ebony, and the saddle is bone. The fingerboard is flat with medium frets and pearl dot inlays. The peghead sports gold open-gear Gotoh tuners.
Action and playability are excellent, and there are no scratches, dings or structural issues to report. Includes hardshell case.
