2006 Collings 14-Fret 01, Sitka Spruce, Mahogany, Sunburst - USED

(USED) We're getting some absolute time capsules in here lately, and this Collings doesn't even appear a week old, never mind almost twenty years!!!  Yes, it really is that clean.  It has the classic Sitka/mahogany combo that has resulted in so many crazy-good Collings guitars over the years.  It is a short 24.9" scale, with 1 3/4" nut and 2 3/16" string spacing at the saddle.  The mahogany neck has Collings standard mod V shape, and this one measures .848" at the first fret, .915" at the ninth.  

All appointments are standard 1 style, including tortoise body binding and dot inlays on the ebony fingerboard.  A lovely style 1 sunburst has been applied, and the tuner buttons were spec'd as Ivoroid at the factory (vs standard nickel).  Includes original hard case. 

Condition is excellent with some light wipe marks on the pick guards, no structural issues whatsoever.
