(USED) Here's a compelling little octave mandolin from Weber with a nice, warm voice and strong volume. This Gallatin model has an Engelmann top and solid mahogany back/sides/neck. A dark mahogany stain has been applied all over for a uniform look. The oval-esque sound hole gives it a very guitar-like character, of course with the stereo effect created by four courses of unison strings.
It has a 20" scale length and a 1 3/8" nut. The flat ebony fingerboard has diamond mother of pearl inlays. Compensated ebony bridge.
Condition is very good with some pick swipes on the top and a few dings. Very minimal fret wear on the unwound strings. K&K Twin pickup installed. Includes hard case.
