(USED) Every mandolin enthusiast should spend a little time with one of these conversation starters!  Much like the Reso Phonic guitars that have become ubiquitous in the blues world, Reso mandolins offer up a loud, old time-y tones, brimming with attitude.  This RM-1 is the easiest way to stand out in a crowd of polite traditional mandolins.  Sumptuous sunburst on the carved maple cap and on the maple neck.  Walnut body.  Ebony fingerboard with ivoroid binding and fretted extension.  Wide 1 1/4" nut.  

This one was built in the 2000s and has been well cared for.  A little tarnish on the brass cover plate, a few very mild scuffs on the sides and next to zero fret wear.  We pulled the cover plate to dust out the chamber and make sure that the cone was seated correctly, and the mandolin is in perfect working order.  Includes original hard case.
