(USED) Here we have an early version of the McPherson Carbon Touring, branded under the Kevin Michael name. It is, by pretty much all structural measures, identical to the instruments being produced today... but it has some cosmetic variations from the current guitars, including white top binding and a white nut and saddle.
If you know us, you know that we take "travel" guitars very seriously, and we consider the touring among the very best. The carbon fiber construction is built to last a lifetime, and has an extremely pleasing sound, with surprising bass thanks to the offset sound hole. The touring has a short 23 3/4" scale, with a 1 3/4" compensated nut, just over 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle, and a low-profile modified V neck. This one has Hipshot tuners with ebony buttons and an LR Baggs under-saddle pickup.
Condition is excellent with a few light pick marks and scuffs. The frets are in perfect condition. This guitar includes both a padded soft case and a faux-carbon fiber hard case.
