(USED) We have had a few really special PRS guitars drift through our shop of late, and we can say that we finally get it.  Functional features and elegant design, iconic looks... but we find ourselves most smitten by the hollow body instruments, as they light up the synapsis in both our electric and acoustic brains!

Here we have a fabulous, basically mint-condition PRS McCarty Hollow Body from the earliest days of the model.  With a lovely carved "10-Top" of the finest maple, a carved mahogany back, and a 22-fret mahogany neck.  This guitar seems to want to play all styles!  A bit mellower than a solid-body version, to be sure, but with so much depth and nuance to the sound.  

This guitar has a 10" radius rosewood fingerboard with pearl and abalone moon inlays.  The neck carve is the PRS "wide/fat" which, to our hands, doesn't feel particularly wide or fat... but I'll bet you PRS fans will know exactly what we're talking about!  14:1 low mass tuners with ebony buttons.  1 11/16" nut.  The pickups are specially voiced McCarty archtop designs, and there is a 3-way pickup toggle and a volume and tone control. 

Includes original hardshell case and a nice amount of provenance and case candy.  This guitar has been waiting a long time for someone to really put it through its paces!
