1970 Harmony Stella 12-String, Solid Birch, Ready To Go! - USED

ON CONSIGNMENT, NO TRADE OFFERS PLEASE!

(USED) A lot of sonic explorations and good times to be had on this 1970 Harmony Stella 12-String!  This guitars are ladder-braced, solid Birch bodies with Poplar necks.  The body size is approximately 000/OM, and these having floating bridges with trapeze tailpiece.  The rosette and "binding" are painted on, so this retains a lot of the visual of the catalog folk and cowboy guitars from the '50s and '60s.  Nut width is 1 31/32" (that's just a smidge under 2") and the fingerboard is flat.  25 1/4" scale.

Condition is excellent.  This guitar had a neck set done by Hauver Guitars, set up with the intention of hanging out in low tunings like C and C#.  This is the kind of 12-string that is most at home with country blues, guitar soli, American primitive and the kinds of raga-esque explorations that you hear Joseph Allred performing in the demo.  Not really a standard pitch kinda girl.  Frets are in great shape.  Includes chipboard case.
