(USED) If you're looking to break into the world of cool and fun vintage guitars on a player's budget, you could do a lot worse than this Harmony H72! Built in Chicago in 1966, this semi-hollow guarantees a good time, with distinctive DeArmond Mustache Gold Foil pickups (see the little mustaches on them?? So cute!) and a genuine Bigsby vibrato. Sproing!!!
The solid heastock painted black with 6-in-line tuners gives some Fender Coronado vibes. The guitar itself is burgundy with white plastic binding, bound "f" holes and bound rosewood fingerboard. The bolt-on neck has a medium "C" shape, with 1 3/4" nut and 1 13/16" string spacing at the saddle. Very short 24 3/16" scale length. The bridge is floating and the saddles are adjustable. The guitar weighs 6lbs 4oz.
Condition here is great with all parts original and minimal fret wear. There are some light dings, pick swipes and there is light finish crazing throughout. The finish on the back has some dulled areas and some light scratching in places. Includes original (we think?) chipboard case.
