(NEW) Fifteen years sure goes by fast!  That's how long ago Northfield introduced their wildly popular Big Mon model, which we've been known to call "F Extra!" thanks to it's slightly bigger stature and glorious sound.  These new limited edition models feature their absolute best tone woods, and visually this one comes flying out of the gate with a beautiful cremona burst over Engelmann spruce on the top and highly figured, 3-dimensional flamed maple on the back and sides.  

Standard 1 1/8" nut width, compound radius ebony fingerboard with abalone dot inlays.  The instrument is fully bound in ivoroid with bound tortoise pick guard.  The peghead features a special new inlay, exclusive to this run of instruments.  The tail piece is the engraved Gilchrist/Northfield design (so easy to change strings!) and the tuners are deluxe Gotohs with ebony buttons.  Includes Airloom Recurve case.
