(USED) Here's a great intermediate level oval hole from the early days of Eastman mandolins! In this price range, this 814 (now $2,400!) presents a solid value. It has a solid spruce top, solid maple back/sides/neck, and a nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
The ebony fingerboard is flat (no radius) and has large abalone dot inlays and a 1 3/32" nut width. The bridge is ebony, the tailpiece and tuners are gold and the tuners have perloid buttons.
Condition is good with a fair number of nicks and scratches, some long finish checks on both top and back. The setup is great, there is very minimal fret wear, it's ready to go! Includes case.
