Collings SoCo 16 Baritone, Flamed Maple, Tobacco Sunburst - NEW

(NEW) Sweet and low down, indeed!  The SoCo 16 Baritone is Collings' big, bad semi-hollow that plunges the sonic depths, being naturally tuned to either B or C standard.  The maple body brings a wonderful balance to the deep tones coming from the custom Lollar dogear P90 pickups, there isn't any muddiness or lack in definition.  You'll hear every note in every thick chord on this one.  

The maple has a deep flame that borders on quilt and looks positively radiant under the tobacco sunburst.  Long 27 1/2" scale length with 1 11/16" nut and 2 1/16" string spacing at the saddle.  C shape neck measures .873" at the first fret and .992" at the ninth.  Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays.

Appointments include ivoroid bound body and fingerboard, amber top hat knobs and ivoroid tuner buttons.  The instrument itself weighs 7 lbs and includes a hard case.
