1944 Epiphone Ritz Archtop, Solid Carved Spruce Top, Figured Maple Back/Sides - USED

ON CONSIGNMENT, NO TRADE OFFERS PLEASE!

(USED) We get a fair number of calls for small, funky and budget archtops, and this '44 Epiphone Ritz is giving off those vibes!

Solid carved spruce top with faded blonde finish, figured maple back/sides, mahogany neck with V profile.  The nut width is 1 5/8" and the string spacing at the saddle is 2" even.  The neck depth measures .943" at the first fret and 1.033" at the ninth.  Long 25.4" scale length.  Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays.

Condition is very good indeed for an 80 year old guitar, action is great, tuners are functioning just fine.  There is a little bit of binding flaking on the treble side upper bout, a fair bit of finish checking on the top.  The floating Regency pickup is wired through the endpin using the Tapastring 1/8" vintage jack, and we're including the cable adapter to used with normal 1/4" cables.  Includes hard case (can't vouch for originality).
