(NEW) The Gold Tone OB-2 Bowtie is a tribute to the quality Bowtie banjos that were hitting their peak in the 1960s. The feature set on Gold Tone's version closely adheres to the original banjo: mahogany neck and maple resonator, a beautiful golden sunburst finish and even a nineteen-hole flathead tone ring, this one an Archtop. Updated features include superb quality Gotoh machine heads, the renowned Dotson bridge, a Presto-style tailpiece and dual coordinator rods for precise adjustment.

The 22-fret neck has 26 1/4" scale length, 1 1/4" nut and the Dotson bridge height is 5/8".  Everything about this banjo oozes quality, it has a crisp and clear bluegrass voice.  Price includes hard case.
