Collings OM2H Short Scale, Sitka Spruce, Indian Rosewood - NEW

(NEW) The Collings OM2H is an institution at this point, built to an exacting standard that guitar makers in the 20th century could never dream of.  It's an instrument of uncommon precision, balanced, articulate, and with fit and finish to rival any guitar (or product, for that matter) being made anywhere. 

This example has the subtle twist of a short 24.9" scale length (vs the standard 25 1/2") and this can be felt in a slightly lower string tension, and heard in a slightly warmer voice.  What Martin has long deemed a 14-fret 000 would be a short scale Collings OM.  Sitka spruce top and forward-shifted, scalloped Sitka braces.  Indian rosewood back and sides.  Mahogany neck with Collings' original mod V profile, 1 11/16" nut width, 2 3/16" string spacing at the saddle.  The compound radius fingerboard is ebony with short pattern diamond/square inlays, the bridge is ebony with ebony pins.  Bone nut and saddle.  Nickel Waverly tuners.  

All appointments are "Style 2" including herringbone top trim, 3-ring rosette, diamond volute and zipper back strip.  Includes hard case.
