(NEW) If you're looking for a big, bad dreadnought and don't want to pay big money, Cirrus has you covered. We've just received this new CDH-28 and believe us when we say that this gutsy gal stands up with just about anything in the store! It's got a real thick low end, but the mids aren't over-scooped and there plenty of chime in the highs. This is the kind of value that doesn't come along every day.
Adirondack spruce top and braces, Indian rosewood back/sides, mahogany neck with soft mod low oval profile. The nut width is 1 3/4" and the string spacing at the saddle is 2 3/16". Ebony fingerboard with no inlay other than double dots at the 12th fret, ebony bridge, nice tall bone saddle. Appointments include white plastic body binding, herringbone top purfling and single-band rosette, zipper back strip and diamond volute. Satin finish all over. The tuners are nickel open back Gotohs, and a hard case is included.
This guitar punches WAY above its weight, favorably compares to modern EIR dreads that cost four times as much! Don't sleep!
