Cirrus C00-LDB, Adirondack Spruce, Maple, Deep Body, Full-Body Burst - NEW

(NEW) Mike Franks and the Cirrus team continue to amaze us!  This is our first custom-spec'd small body guitar, and it runs with the big dogs just fine!  Cirrus' take on the venerable deep body L-00 or "Nick Lucas" model, you won't to confine this little beauty to the blues (though it does that very well).  We like it for accompanying everything from folk chestnuts to sea shanties, it is a great fingerpicker but also has a strummed voice that mixes depth and clarity very well.

Adirondack spruce top and braces, maple back and sides.  The neck has a 1 3/4" bone nut and 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle, short 24 3/4" scale length with neck joint at the 13th fret.  We feel that the 13-fret joint is the "secret sauce" for this model, because it pushes the bridge deeper into the lower bout and increases bass response.  

Appointments include smooth satin finish with full-body sunburst, dot inlays on the fingerboard, ivoroid body binding and tuner buttons (Gotoh open-gear) and firestripe pick guard.  The guitar is lightweight and responsive, definitely went beyond our expectations!  Includes hard case.
