Bourgeois Championship Grand Auditorium, Aged Tone Adirondack, Sinker Mahogany - NEW

(NEW) Formerly known as the JOM-T, Bourgeois' GA or "Grand Auditorium" shape keeps the comfortably body depth of a traditional OM, while scaling up the dimensions of the waist, upper and lower bouts for a bigger overall soundboard and a bigger overall sound.  We consider this model about the ultimate "do it all" guitar, a true versatility machine that excels both on stage and in studio.

This particular guitar has an Aged Tone (torrefied) Adirondack spruce top, thermally cured before construction to give the guitar a dryer sound and a quick response, akin to a vintage instrument.  The lovely sinker mahogany back and sides have a more complex tone than common Honduras mahogany, with mild figuring that doesn't draw too much attention, but a sound that definitely rises above.

On the spec side, this guitar has their standard 1 23/32" nut width on a smooth, satin modified V neck, with 2.2" string spacing at the saddle.  The scale length is 25 1/2" (long) and the ebony fingerboard has small dot inlays.  Madagascar rosewood peghead overlay, Waverly open-gear tuners.  Includes TKL hard case.
