(NEW) The Trailhead is not only one of the most successful offerings in the history of Beard Guitars, it also happens to be one of their finest sounding reso phonic guitars.  These go above and beyond what we normally expect out of reso instruments, they have a depth of tone and a welcome complexity that takes them out of the category of being simple blues machines.  This one does happen to be a "blue machine" but I digress...

Model E body with denim blue finish over special figured solid maple.  This one has a cutaway for upper fret access.  Long 25.4" scale with 1 3/4" nut and 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle.  The neck is a modified low oval shape, this one measures .915" thick at the first fret and .961" at the ninth.  Ebony fingerboard with maple diamond inlays.  The cover plate is antiqued and has the Celtic Knot pattern.  Tuners are black Gotoh 510s.  Fit with the Fishman Nashville pickup system, compatible with the Aura pedal (not included).  Includes hard case.
