Baleno 14-Fret 00, Adirondack Spruce, Indian Rosewood, Pearly! - NEW

(NEW) Another lovely, resonant little guitar from our great friend Chuck Baleno!!  This size has become very popular over the last few years, very close to the sound of a full size Orchestra Model but decidedly more comfortable and with the ease of playability of short scale.  

Adirondack spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck.  The ornamentation is stylish and elegant, with a very thin pearl top border and rosette set off by wood binding and amber purfling lines.  It has a compound radius ebony fingerboard with stainless steel frets and large diamond inlays.  The nut is 1 3/4", string spacing at the saddle 2 1/4" and the scale length 24 7/8".  Baleno guitars intonate fabulously thanks to the compensation at both nut and saddle.  The guitar is finished in nitrocellulose lacquer and has hot hide glue construction on tonally relevant joints.  Waverly tuners with ebony buttons complete the package. 

Another simply wonderful guitar from a friend and mentor, the big boys aren't touching this level of quality in these price ranges.  Includes hard case.
