2012 Bourgeois Aged Tone OM Country Boy, Torrefied Adirondack Spruce, Mahogany, Hide Glue - USED

ON CONSIGNMENT, NO TRADE OFFERS PLEASE!

(USED) Dana Bourgeois turned the high end guitar world on its head back in 2012 when he introduced his Aged Tone series of guitars, which featured torrefied Adirondack spruce tops paired with a newly developed CA finish and hide glue construction.  These guitars had the dryness and quick response of vintage instruments, right out of the box, and we particularly heard the positive effect that the process had on mahogany instruments.

Here's on OM from that first year, presenting in nearly unplayed condition, save for a few pick swipes on the pick guard.  It has the aforementioned AT Adi o'er mahogany combo, a mahogany neck with satin finish and a comfortable mod V profile (1 3/4" nut, 2 5/16" saddle spacing, .839" deep at the first fret, .941" at the ninth, long 25 1/2" scale length).  It has the normal Country Boy appointments including tortoise body binding, 3-ring rosette, dot inlays on an ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge and pins.  Waverly open gear tuners complete the package.

Again, condition couldn't be better, 13 years on!  Just a great meat n' potatoes OM from the man who brought the shape back from the brink.
