2008 Collings 001SB 12-Fret, Sitka Spruce, Mahogany - USED

(USED) No time like the present to explore the wonders of small, 12-fret guitars, and what better brand than Collings to take the journey with?  This 2008 example is an absolute time capsule, it could have been built yesterday.  The style 1 sunburst has never been better represented than it is right here!

Sitka spruce top, mahogany back/sides/neck.  Standard short scale with 1 13/16" nut width and 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle (plenty of room for you fingerpickers!)  The neck is Collings' standard mod V shape, and this particular guitar measures .903" at the first fret and .976" at the ninth fret.  The compound radius fingerboard is ebony with dot inlays, the pyramid bridge and pins are ebony as well.  Slotted peghead with Brazilian rosewood overlay and nickel Waverly tuners.  

Like we said, condition couldn't be better, no fret wear, no issues to report.  Includes original hard case.
