2007 Martin 00-18V, Vintage Series, Sitka Spruce, Mahogany - USED

(USED) Before Golden Era, Authentic, Reimagined etc Martin started reaching back into their bag with the Vintage Series, new guitars that were inspired by classic models and stuck somewhat closely to their original specs.  This 14-fret 00 has all the "18" style appointments like Sitka top, Mahogany back/sides/neck, tortoise binding and it has a nice warm sound and very good volume for its size.  Not afraid of a flat pick, this one.  

It's short 24.9" scale with 1 3/4" nut and 2 1/4" string spacing at the cut-through saddle.  The neck is a modified V with a pretty flat shoulder for a vintage-y feel, it measures .884" thick at the first fret and .993" thick at the ninth.  The fingerboard and bridge are ebony, the tuners are Martin-engraved open-back (either Grover or Gotoh). 

Overall condition is excellent with no issues to speak of, other than some very very light scratches on the back (likely buffable).  The setup is very close to original Martin spec with a nice tall saddle so that any setup could be dialed in.  The original hard case has some scuffs and some discoloration in the lining.
